Who Can Do an Online MBA? Complete Eligibility Criteria 2025

Basic Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in any stream (B.A., B.Com, B.Sc, B.Tech, BBA, BCA)
• Minimum aggregate: 45%–50% in graduation (varies by university)
• No work experience required at most UGC universities
• No upper age limit for most online MBA programs
• Most online MBAs do NOT require CAT/MAT/GMAT

Can I Enroll Without a Degree?

No — a bachelor's degree is the minimum for any MBA in India. Final-year students may get provisional admission — final marksheet must be submitted before the semester begins.

Executive MBA — Special Cases

Executive MBA programs accept professionals with 3–5 years of work experience even if graduation percentage is below the standard cutoff. Designed specifically for senior working professionals.
