Inside Sales Executive
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and goal oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in the Education sector. You will be responsible for connecting with potential students or parents, understanding their learning needs, and recommending suitable educational products or services. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, proactive, and has a passion for helping individuals make the right learning choices.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead Conversion: Reach out to leads generated through marketing campaigns, web inquiries, and referrals to convert them into enrollments.
- Product Counseling: Understand the educational products and services offered (courses, online programs, coaching, etc.) and explain features and benefits to prospective customers.
- Needs Analysis: Conduct telephonic or virtual consultations to understand student requirements, preferences, and career goals.
- Sales Closure: Follow up with leads, handle objections, and close sales effectively.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and updated records of leads, prospects, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with the academic, operations, and marketing teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Follow-up: Nurture leads with timely follow-ups, reminders, and product updates via calls, emails, or WhatsApp.
- Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from prospective and existing clients to improve offerings and customer service.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education, Business, or Marketing preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills
- Ability to understand customer needs and match them with appropriate offerings
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to handle multiple leads and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Fluency in English; knowledge of regional languages is a plus
Preferred:
- Prior experience in EdTech, e-learning, or education counseling
- Exposure to inside sales or telesales processes
- Experience 0 to 1 or fresher
- Candidates must be prepared to move to Bengaluru
