Business Development Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for dynamic and driven Business Development Executives to join our growing team in the education sector. In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying potential learners, understanding their educational needs, and offering solutions that align with their goals. Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow-ups: Connect with potential customers through cold calling, inbound leads, and referrals.
  • Consultative Sales: Understand the needs of students and parents and recommend suitable programs/courses.
  • Sales Conversions: Guide leads through the enrollment process and close sales successfully.
  • CRM Management: Maintain detailed and accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
  • Market Understanding: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and product knowledge.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales targets.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, academic, and support teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Feedback Loop: Share customer feedback and insights to help improve offerings and sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field (BBA, BCom, BA, BSc, etc.)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Passion for sales and building relationships
  • Self-motivated with a positive, target-driven attitude
  • Basic knowledge of sales tools and CRM (training provided)
  • Must be open to relocating to Bengaluru

Preferred:

  • Previous experience in EdTech, education counseling, or telesales
  • A self-driven, high-energy attitude with a growth mindset
